Refund policy

At DRIPRA, every product is custom printed on demand — made specially for you the moment you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received has a manufacturing defect
• Wrong item delivered

If your order falls under any of the above, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and we will make it right — no questions asked.

We take quality seriously. If it's our fault, it's our responsibility.
